Broadband questions
What speed will I get?
The checker shows the estimated speed at your address. When you order, we also give you a guaranteed minimum speed. If your speed drops below it and we can’t fix it within 30 days, you can leave without any charge. How speeds work.
Do I need a phone line?
No. Our broadband doesn’t need a phone line, so there’s no line rental. If you want a landline, add our digital home phone.
Will I need an engineer?
For fibre, usually not. For full fibre, an Openreach engineer may need to visit to fit a small box inside your home — we’ll book this with you when you order.
How do I switch to you?
We arrange the switch with your old provider for you. How switching works.
