Leaving early
If you leave before the end of your minimum term (other than within your 14-day cooling-off period, or for one of the reasons in our terms), you pay the monthly price for the rest of the minimum term, less any costs we save, such as VAT on the remaining months where we don’t provide the service.
Other charges
- Switching fee (if you’re moving from another provider): £21.18 one-off
- Changing your plan later: £21.60 one-off
- Leaving during the minimum term: the monthly charges left for the rest of the minimum term, plus a £103.50 cease charge
- Leaving after the minimum term: no charge
